A company active in the elderly care facilities business in South America was looking to digitize its services and fully revamp its commercial front in order to provide digital-forward customer experience. The project required extensive research into CRM systems, website integration, data analytics, as well as digitalization of logistics and operations. Our client also requested to benchmark and learn best practices from the hotel industry in the region.
To enable the company to establish an impactful digital transition strategy, we sourced 10 screened experts from comparable size hotel chains. Through multiple engagements, follow up discussions and the use of our recording services, our client was able to do a macro sizing of the costs and operations associated with setting up and revamping the commercial front and digitizing its services and proceed with it.
