Dialectica has been recognized for its pioneering technological solutions at the DevOps & Agile Awards 2024. The company’s automated transcription system won the bronze award in the Best Use of AIOps / MLOps Tool in DevOps category, while their successful transition from a Monolith to a Microservices architecture earned a bronze award in the Best Use of Microservices / Containers category.

Dialectica’s Data Science, Language Services, Software Development, and Cloud Engineering teams collaborated to develop the automated transcription system, which leverages GenAI and Machine Learning technologies to provide written summaries of conversations to its clients. This system adheres to international standards, ensuring data integrity and security through encrypted distribution. It delivers reliable and coherent transcripts with a 90% success rate, significantly simplifying the process. The essential written summary of discussions is now generated automatically using GenAI and Machine Learning tools, reducing the time required to send transcripts to clients by a significant margin. This innovation marks Dialectica's first step towards GenAI and machine learning, leading to their distinction in the Best Use of AIOps / MLOps Tool in DevOps category.

In parallel, over the past two years, Dialectica’s technology division successfully completed a full transition to Microservices architecture, replacing the previous Monolith system that had been in operation for five consecutive years. This successful shift to the new information management system has boosted the company’s productivity, increasing the number of daily releases while simultaneously reducing the time required to produce them. This undeniable success not only led to an award in the Best Use of Microservices / Containers category but also resulted in a 35% increase in customer satisfaction compared to 2022.
