Dialectica proudly participated in this year’s Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development, Greece’s largest multi-conference focused on entrepreneurship and career development for young professionals. The event, held in Athens, brought together thousands of students, graduates, and early-career professionals eager to explore opportunities across a range of industries.

Panorama is designed to offer guidance on career paths and sector-specific insights, helping participants shape their next steps—whether as future managers or entrepreneurs. Dialectica joined this dynamic environment with a strong presence across both the speaker lineup and the exhibitor floor.

Throughout the weekend, members of Dialectica’s Talent Acquisition, Client Service, and Marketing teams were present at the company’s booth discussing what it’s like to work at Dialectica and career opportunities within #teamDialectica.

Engaging Sessions and Hands-On Learning

The weekend kicked off on Friday with our session “Meet Dialectica”, led by Anna Katsantoni, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and Archontia Koutoulia, Product Manager. During this engaging talk, we shared Dialectica’s success story—how we grew into a globally leading information services firm.

We showcased how our hyper-growth is fueled by a talented team and a clear vision. At the heart of it all is our belief that when talented people are supported by a unique culture and cutting-edge technologies like AI, incredible things happen. The session also gave young professionals a sense of the many career opportunities at Dialectica—from Client Service to Tech and Product, and beyond. With a strong focus on learning and development, we offer an environment where people don’t just grow fast, but thrive.

Later that day, our CTO, Michael Petychakis, led an exciting and fun session titled “AI Live Coding: Myth vs Reality”, as a part of the Endeavor Greece program. The room was buzzing with energy as Michalis demonstrated how anyone can start coding using Vibe Coding software—even with minimal experience. Participants were intrigued as he built demos from scratch in real time, showing just how accessible and powerful coding can be when paired with creativity.

CEO Panel: A Vision for the Future

On Sunday, George Tsarouchas, Dialectica’s CEO and Founder participated in the high-profile panel “Success Secrets from Four CEOs.” Alongside other leading executives, he shared lessons from his entrepreneurial journey and thoughts on the future of business and talent.

“We are moving into a new age that is going to change everything, we’re entering a time of talent transformation. AI is going to enhance our skills—not take over them. To move forward, we need to be open and have a growth mindset.” George emphasized.
