Dialectica was named a Growth Winner at the official ceremony of the 8th Growth Awards 2025, standing out among 8,000 Greek companies.

Launched in 2016 by Eurobank and Grant Thornton, the Growth Awards recognize companies that demonstrate exceptional financial performance and long-term competitiveness. This year’s selection process narrowed 8.000 businesses down to 100 top contenders, with 20 Growth Pioneers advancing as finalists. Ultimately, six Growth Winners were chosen, representing the most dynamic and forward-thinking companies in Greece.

At last night’s prestigious ceremony at the packed Megaron Concert Hall, leading enterprises were honored for embedding innovation and growth into their core business strategies. Among them was Dialectica, which has transformed into a global leader in information services, empowering top organizations worldwide to make critical strategic decisions, fueled by unique insights.

Founded in Greece, Dialectica marks its 10th anniversary this year, having grown from a local startup into a multi-continent success story. Recognized as a Great Place to Work, the company operates five offices across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America, with a team of 1,400 professionals serving thousands of clients across multiple industries.

This impressive trajectory has earned Dialectica a spot on the Financial Times list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies for four consecutive years—an achievement unmatched by any other Greek company.

“This year, Dialectica marks a decade of dynamic growth, and today’s recognition is yet another validation of our journey. It is a great honor to receive this award, which belongs to our team—1,400 exceptional and talented people across four continents. Within our company, they find the right environment to develop their unique abilities and grow. This is the core of our growth strategy and our compass for the future,” said George Tsarouchas, Founder & CEO of Dialectica.
