Dialectica at the 13th CSR in Action Conference

On March 20th, Dialectica had the privilege of participating in the 13th "CSR in Action Conference". This year's theme was Unpacked: Ideas, Insights, Inspiration. This flagship event brought together more than 300 professionals from businesses, and various organizations to explore how corporate success is increasingly measured by its positive impact on society and the environment.
With over 60 speakers and 50 impactful CSR initiatives presented, the conference emphasized the importance of embedding sustainability, transparency, and community engagement into corporate strategies. Among the many highlights, Dialectica had the opportunity to showcase its purpose-driven approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the impact of our greek flagship program, Unexplored Futures.
Dialectica’s Purpose-Driven CSR Strategy
At Dialectica, our purpose is to accelarate the shift to a prosperous by empowering better decision-making. Our CSR strategy is built around three key pillars:
- Education: Supporting access to knowledge and skills development for future leaders.
- Environment: Minimizing our carbon footprint and fostering eco-conscious behaviors.
- Society: Strengthening communities through partnerships with NGOs and volunteering initiatives.
Unexplored Futures: Opening Doors for the Next Generation
During the conference, Panagiotis Papachristofilou, Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Dialectica, and Amalia Konstantakopoulou, Managing Director at The Tipping Point, presented Unexplored Futures, a transformative program developed in collaboration with The Tipping Point. Running for the past three years, this initiative connects students from areas across Greece with professionals and industry leaders, offering them exposure to real-world career insights, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.
Through Unexplored Futures, students gain access to:
- Live virtual mentoring sessions with professionals from various industries.
- Career exploration workshops focused on soft skills and emerging trends such as AI.
- Practical insights into the evolving job market, helping them make informed career decisions.
To date, the program has achieved remarkable results:
- 25 schools participated
- 199 mentoring sessions conducted
- 58 educators engaged
- 1,172 questions answered
- 2,310 students benefited
- 87% satisfaction rate
