We know that our principal asset as a business is our people. It is our employees who differentiate us from our competitors and who make us such a valued partner to our clients around the world. Therefore, it is business critical for us to attract and retain top talent across our organisation. Our Client Services team is a career path for ambitious and creative minds to realise their potential with one of the most innovative and exciting companies in the world. If you would like to explore opportunities with us, here is some information about how to do that, as well as an outline of the Dialectica application process.
Discovering job opportunities at Dialectica
You can find all of our live jobs on our Careers Site. We have opportunities at Associate level for candidates typically with 0-3 years’ work experience, as well as positions for more experienced candidates and across different specialisms.
For those currently studying, you will find Dialectica employees attending most career fairs across Greece. This is a great way to interact with us and discover more about what we do, the roles we have available and what we offer as an employer.
Most people will enter Dialectica through our Client Services Associate career path. Typically, this is anything from fresh graduates to people with up to 3 years of work experience, though we see successful Associates coming from very diverse backgrounds and experience. For instance, you might have studied Economics or Business, or you might just have an interest in a Commercially-minded career. We have a new group of Associates joining our training programme every month. Our application process typically takes 2-3 weeks from application to Offer, and consists of 3 Interviews and a case study.
Client Service Associate Program | Application Process

When you apply to us, you will be asked to submit your CV. This might be the first time you have had to compile a resume, so here are some tips:
- Keep it short. Two pages or under is ideal.
- Be concise and use SMART descriptions of your achievements:
- Specific: What exactly was the challenge and the outcome?
- Measurable: What was the measurable outcome, such as a cost saving or output?
- Assignable: Who exactly was responsible for what?
- Realistic: What was expected and delivered?
- Time-related: What was the time taken?
- Check thoroughly for spelling errors and mistakes

Your first interaction will be a video call with one of the Dialectica Talent Acquisition team members. This will take around 15-20 minutes and will be a light initial discussion in English about you and your career motivations. The recruiter will also introduce you to Dialectica, our client Services team and the Associate job role itself.

The next call will follow quickly, if your profile fits our requirements. Prior to this call, you will be sent some information about Dialectica which you should digest as you might subsequently be asked during this interview or the Hiring Manager interview about your expectations of the role. This call will look in more detail at your general commercial awareness and your critical thinking; you might, for instance, be posed some situations typically faced by an Associate and asked how you would react or respond (and why). The goal is to assess your suitability for our Client Services function and Associate job role, your fit against our company values, and your potential to grow, develop and progress in our business. As with any interview, you should try to be relaxed and give honest and concise answers using the SMART method whenever possible. There will also be the opportunity for you to ask any questions you have, about Dialectica, the job role, the application process or perhaps about the career paths available with us.

The last step will be your interview with one of our Client Service Managers. The Manager will be looking closely at your fit for the role: your motivations, interest in Dialectica, your profile fit against the role etc.
This session will normally begin with some questions about your experience, interests and motivations. If you do not have suitable work experience, then you can choose examples from other parts of your life, such as education, hobbies, team sports etc. We look for people with strong transferable skills, such as how you deal with challenges, how you organise and plan projects, how you work under pressure and so forth.
A few days before this interview, you will have been given a Dialectica-relevant case study to prepare. You will be asked to think in some detail about how you would tackle certain challenges or business operations, and to suggest some courses of action. You will likely be challenged on some of your suggestions at this point, and asked to explain your rationale. This is designed to feel similar to conversations we have regularly with our clients, and to test your critical awareness as well as your ability to think on the spot.

If you are successful, you will hear back from our Talent Acquisition team with an Offer. If not, then you can expect them to deliver some constructive feedback, which will help you to understand where the gaps are or why you were not selected this time.
