Dialectica today announced that within the next three to five years it will create more than 500 jobs in Canada, representing more than 50 percent of its global workforce. The company, which started in Europe in 2015 and set up operations in Quebec a year ago, will establish its Montreal office as its Americas Hub to support its growth and advance its global expansion strategy. This month, the company is also opening a new office in Vancouver, and plans to hire 100 people for that office over the next three years.
With Canada as its home base for the Americas, the company – which serves as a knowledge broker to the world’s leading consulting, private equity, and hedge fund companies – can more easily meet the growing demand for client access to primary research. This strategic move will help the company capture an even greater share of the estimated $1.5 billion total addressable market for expert networks.
“The timing has never been better to advance our global expansion strategy with a growing team on the ground in Montreal, and a new office opening in Vancouver,” said George Tsarouchas, CEO and co-founder of Dialectica. “Demand for our service is growing as leading investment and corporate strategy clients require increasingly faster access to critical data and on-demand knowledge to make informed decisions about mergers, acquisitions, and other high value transactions. With our track record as a leading European company in the expert network market, our Americas hub positions us to accelerate our growth, innovate, and keep pace with customer demands.”
Following extensive research in the U.S. and Canada, Dialectica chose Montreal in September 2020 as the initial gateway for its global expansion. It started its Montreal operations with 7 people and now has more than 100 employees in that office.
Dialectica hires the best and brightest graduates from universities across Canada, providing these younger generation employees with opportunities to rapidly advance their careers by ensuring they learn and master real-world business skills. Relocation packages are provided to Canadians who would like to move to Montreal or Vancouver to work at this fast-growing company.
