Our General Manager EMEA & APAC, Abe Fornis, writes on our new relocation program to Athens, explaining why the Greek capital and Dialectica offer a fertile ground for personal growth and professional development combined with a multicultural, high-energy environment.

Since 2015, Dialectica has opened new offices across several locations in Europe and the Americas, from Athens to Montreal and London to Vancouver. Our plan for the next few years is to establish a global presence of 1,200+ members with more offices to come.

Today, the Greek startup sector stands at a pivotal point – estimated at 6 billion euros and reaching ~1 billion euros in funding in 2021 – offering attractive job opportunities for any aspiring business professionals around the world. Take our company as an example: Starting as a tiny startup in Athens in 2015, offering expert network services to consulting firms, Dialectica has today grown to an international company with almost 700 international employees across five offices, partnering with the world’s leading investment and consulting companies, as well as the largest global corporate businesses.
